Dipping back through one of the focal areas of Manaiakalani's process of LEARN is all in all part in parcel of understanding more on how we are reflective, and put effective practice into action.
Learn is more than what we teach the students, it is also about how we are also learners. Developing and producing more and more as an effective practitioner, educator to inspire our tauira that reflecting is alright, it is good to share and offer ideas. Being able to LEARN is also Recgonising how to Amplify the learning before getting that last Turbocharge going.
Something I am wanting to introduce to my tauira, is utilizing Google Calendar and Keep to set or assign task and reminders.
Sharing and sending reminders via mail can sometimes be a drag, however preparation is known to be the hidden secret that fits in with organisation. So as a follow on from organising and sorting their own G Drives, this could be the next hook.
Time-management and myself are best friends at times, this is where Google Calendar and Keep come into play. Having the capability of syncing between my PC and mobile device. Reminders that I need continuously are awesome to Communication and Networking is the key to better success.
Looking forward to next week.
E Kahurangi, tika katoa ēnei kōrero. Mā te akonga me te pouako tēnei mea te AKO. E tika ana kia kite hoki ngā tamariki i a tātou ngā pou, e ako ana. Me whakamana i ā tātou ake kupu - e kore rawa e mutu te ako.
ReplyDeleteKia ora Kahurangi,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your thoughts. I'm really interested to know how you will be using calendar and/or keep in your classroom. You are right the ability to link between your laptop and your phone is a lifesaver in terms of organisation... how many times have we just put our laptops away when we need to check a calendar!
